The location of Gulf Holiday was absolutely amazing, just steps away from the beach! The heated pool was a nice bonus and we even had an assigned parking spot. The value for money was great too.

It was located in a fairly quiet area adjacent to the beach as well as souvenir shops, I liked that bathroom had a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets. The staff was superfriendly and helpful to chat with.

The hotel was conveniently situated near the beach, just a short walking distance. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook our own meals. Additionally, the free use of bicycles provided by the management office was a great bonus, making it easy to explore the area.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The pool near our room was not very nice, but fortunately, there was a nicer pool available at the office.

The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing! It was just a short walk to the beach, which was much more private compared to other areas. The staff was very friendly and the hotel provided beach towels and chairs, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the hotel had bikes available for guests to use, which was a fun and enjoyable way to explore the area.
There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. Firstly, the bed was not very comfortable and I woke up with a sore back.

The beach items provided were helpful, including chairs, towels, and a cooler. The pool was a nice bonus. Location was convenient and close to the beach. The rental company was great and provided helpful assistance.
The unit we stayed in was extremely small with cramped rooms. The furnishings were outdated and dirty, making us uncomfortable to sit on the sofa and chair.

We loved pretty much everything about this place. The hotel facilities were very comfortable and clean. The small kitchenette was awesome as my wife has a lot of dietary restrictions, so we were able to make a lot of our meals. The location was amazing, with the hotel being just a short walk away from the beautiful beach. It was also very close to the center of Siesta Key Village, making it convenient for exploring and dining. The "cottage" vibe and friendly atmosphere added to the overall charm of the hotel.
Not one thing.

I had such a great time during my stay at Gulf Holiday! The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. Checking in was a breeze and the staff had everything we needed for the beach, including towels, chairs, and umbrellas. The room was clean and cozy, and I loved the convenience of having a full kitchen to cook meals. The resort area was beautiful and the free transportation options, like bicycles and the trolley, made it easy to explore the key. I can't wait to book another trip here!
I highly recommend this hotel.

Just a few steps away from the beach, it couldn't have been more convenient. The pool was also a nice touch, especially with it being heated. And having an assigned parking spot was a great bonus.
While the overall stay was pleasant, there were a couple of drawbacks. The cleanliness of the unit could have been better, as we had to do some extra cleaning ourselves.

As youngsters, we loved that Gulf Holiday had everything we needed for a beach getaway. The short walk to the beach was convenient, and the hotel provided beach chairs, towels, and even a cart for us to haul our stuff. The pool was a refreshing bonus, and the shade in the morning and evening made it even more enjoyable. Being just two blocks from Siesta Village meant we had easy access to restaurants and shops, and we particularly enjoyed our meals at the Bonjour Cafe. For bird enthusiasts like us, the Audubon Society being just 15 minutes away was a great opportunity for some birdwatching.
Felt like royalty, no complaints.

Steps from beach, no traffic, beach amenities, shaded pool.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
